Evidence Presentation

In the courtroom, electronic evidence presentation is widely expected and using an experienced trial technology specialist will allow you to focus on the facts of your case.  Together we can coordinate the presentation of evidence in a succinct and impactful manner to the court and the jury.  

The use of electronic presentation software provides greater control over the records and recorded testimony in your case.  The ability to remove objections from video depositions quickly will keep the trial moving at a steady pace.  Having the option to make clips in real time gives you the power to insert poignant testimony into your questioning at a moments notice.

Document Management

Preparation of your exhibits prior to trial is just as important as their presentation during trial.  Our office is able to organize your scanned exhibits and Bates stamp them per your specifications.  We can then use those marked files to prepare exhibit binders for use by you and the court.  Additionally, our technicians are equipped with printers and scanners in the courtroom to provide copies of any additional records as needed.  For those judges and courts that have begun moving away from accepting paper exhibits, flash drives or discs can be made to comply with their rules.
